“Very pleased with Heavins but I paid express delivery and due to An Post making a complete and utter mess in sending the parcel to the wrong sorting office and then having to send it to the right one the experience was spoiled for me in spite if my having paid almost e10 for delivery.”
“Good customer service from Heavins and got a great price for my new Tassimo coffee machine, it was delivered quickly. The only thing I would say is that there was no extra wrapping on the original box, it came with just a just a delivery sticker on it and nothing else to protect the coffee machine being thrown around during the delivery process by An Post.”

“I ordered a Halogen oven from Heavins which was faulty on arrival. It was very disappointing as I had purchased this appliance on a previous occasion with no problem. I contacted them and reported the appliance faulty and to be fair I was able to have the appliance collected free of charge from my home by an Post. The replacement arrived safely within 24 hours of my faulty item returned. A very good service but a scheme if was not checked before sending out.”
