“The service was outstanding. On the Monday, I called the online shopping assistant and told him that I needed the items by the end of the week (upcoming birthday) He told me that he would look out for the incoming order to ensure that it was sent out promptly. It arrived by the middle of the week. Outstanding service!!”

“Had a very good experience shopping online. Hobbyco's inventory updates are accurate e.g. an item I wanted showed only 1 left, I purchased it and almost immediately the item was no longer visible online. I thought this was great. Something else too, other websites post their entire out-of-stock inventory, which gets quite frustrating when shopping. Hobbyco posts only what's available, I like this very much. Will continue to order from Hobbyco.”

“I recently made a purchase from Hobby Co and I must say, I was quite impressed with the experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a great variety of Gunpla kits in stock, ranging from beginner to advanced level. The ordering process was very smooth and I received regular updates on the status of my order, which was great. The shipping was also very fast and my order arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. Overall, I had a fantastic experience shopping at this online hobby shop and would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in Gunpla or other similar hobbies. They have a great selection, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices”
