hi very terrible and disappointing experience. I placed an online order and paid with PayPal (pay in 4). Not the first time. However, I am not sure why this happened with order 186708. For an entire week, no action was taken or the order was sent out. I followed up with chat support, and they answered quickly with the entire order sent and an explanation for the delay. Once an order was received from my end, it was not fully delivered, but the email indicated that the entire transaction had been fulfilled. I followed up with support chat again and requested that some units be returned because the entire set was not expected. Finally, I received my reimbursement, but the option to return units was not mentioned at all. For the clearance sale, there isn't much money for the units to return, but I don't want to keep them because they aren't a complete set from the order. The main problem is that the order was not actioned in the first place due to the stock running out and fulfilled with another week delay, and more and more errors accrued.

It took ages for them to ship out the item. After paying and waiting for over 2 weeks without any shipping/tracking info nor contact, I emailed them. I then got shipping notification a few days later. So basically they sat on my order until I contacted them! Not good enough hobbyco !

The items box was damaged, was sent this way as the postage’d outer box was not damaged therefore happened before posting

The whole experience was saved by Allen and Grant. I would have given no star at all for the experience. Online shopping System is not designed to handle a mixed order - pre-order and In-stock - i lost an item that I ordered that was in stock as it wasn’t allocated while waiting for Pre-orders to arrive. Very disappointed but speaking to Allen and Grant they resolve some issues. Hopefully you’ll upgrade your system to handle different types of transactions and also have a live allocation system.

Bought Lego Set 80112 from HobbyCo - there is a big cut in the middle of the box, looks like it was cut by a box cutter. unfortunately, item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged.

Disappointed in this transaction, yes I did get the item I purchased, however, it was after a delay, was told it was out of stock (contrary to what the website said) and Hobbyco tried to swindle out of it.

I ordered a set of figurines for my grandson . Appeared to be a set of six in the add, however was only one item which cost me $20 which included $10 postage! I checked and it did state in the blurb after scrolling down they chose one figure from a set of six I was upset and feel the advertisement was misleading

I can't believe how you packaged my Guardians of the Galaxy Advent Calander! When it arrived it was in a huge long box. I shook it & no sound so I thought you did a really good job of packing it so it doesn't end up damaged. When I opened the huge long box, I saw you packed the Advent Calendar standing upright with the lid of the box sealed down tightly so the calendar is wedged between the top & bottom of the huge long box. It wasn't even a box with your company information stamped onto it but a delivery box of other items to your store. The Advent box was slightly crushed from the weight of other boxes being on top of this one during delivery. I did receive the correct item I ordered but I'm not impressed by your delivery techniques. If only I could add photos. I don't think I'll buy from you again :'(

I am glad to receive my order, this time it took longer than usual. Also part of tail to on of my die cast models had broken off and I was able to re-glue it back on

The product arrived In a box that didn't fit it's size. Because of this the packaging was bent and distorted. Fortunately none of the plastic was broken, but I can't use the case for displaying at all.

The product was ok, but didn't exactly do what I expected it to do. The service from Hobbyco was very disappointing especially since I had paid the extra to have this item posted by express mail. This was my 1st purchase from them and in many respects was a test to see whether I would use them as a supplier for my future plastic scale models, but their poor service has convinced me to stick with my two other suppliers. I have consequently closed my account with Hobbyco.

Shipping time was way too long. I ordered in the early hours of Tuesday morning (before business) and the items weren't shipped until late on Thursday, meaning they didn't arrive until Monday. I don't expect express shipping unless I pay for it but I do expect items to be sent in a timely fashion, especially with weekends in mind.

I went online and selected QVB Hobbyco store, then searched the item which indicted five items were in stock. After traveling to the store, the sales assistant told me they were out of stock and the online search was generic across all stores. I would have to return home and book online. I was extremely annoyed because it was an absolute waste of time, money and effort.

My son likes the product. He bought recently online because there was few free item included. But sadly after the payment Hobbyco team deleted the free items and just sent the toy. The freight is more expensive then the toy. There is no option of cancellation of order. Will no encourage to buy online. No courtesy phone to mention on deleteting free items. Sunny

I recently ordered two items online from Hobbyco. Both were listed as available but Hobbyco cancelled one without any notice to me and only sent the other item. Poor.

The flexible rails arrived in very poor condition mostly unusable I think they were packed and forced into the box causing the damage Barry Gee
