Its been over one month and I have not received my item. No communication from HobbyCo, I have to attend to the pick up store 2 times and store staff they will follow up and call me but never did. Worse experience as this is for a Christmas gift.

Purchased the item while their webpage shows in stock, right away they sent through a order confirmation after I paid. After 10 business days I heard nothing from them so I called. Then I received an email saying that the item is out of stock. Excuse me??? Out of stock after 10 business days of purchase? Why didn't your customer service get in touch with me first? Oh sorry, these guys don't really care about the quality of their customer service. They probably had the item sold in their physical store first, then of course they cannot fulfill their online orders. No compensation for their own fault, just telling me that it is a system error. This is not the way to earn your customer's loyalty. I know your business is growing big, but I would rather support those small business which really cares about their customers.

out of stock item after 10 days? refunded ,not inform buyer 1st and give options for a replacement item . Mr Wall, its so bad , not a family thingy.

Goods received were in very bad shape - shelfwear was so bad that it almost seemed as though they were second hand with scuff marks, dent and tears. Very disappointed. I purchased 5 lego sets as Christmas gifts and am unsure if they are fit for a gift at this point.

Made order (over $200), got charged postage when I should not have been. Then a week later told that my order has only just been sent and only half the order was now available. Then got charged the full amount for complete order. Had to contact them to query this charge. Only then did they amend the charge to what actually arrived. They did also refund postage charge at least 🤣 Can't say it was an enjoyable experience, I'm hoping it's just unique to me but unfortunate none the less, as I buy alot of diecast which I will be hesitant to buy from here from now on. But you sent me this to ask for my review, so here it is, sorry.

Ref Order No. 92334. My order was confirmed on 20.Oct.22. I also paid the extra Express Post fee to have it delivered within a couple of days from ordering. I did not receive any advice of dispatch until ***14 *** days later on 03.Nov.22. The item was subsequently delivered on 04.Nov.22. Earlier I did send a query about the status of this order but received no reply. If this item was not in stock initially I should have been informed.

You sold me an item which didn't specify the gauge, HO, I was seeking. Also, the item didn't include 2 other items advertised to go with the original one.

I bought something and place for express post two weeks ago and is still awaiting parcel. I ordered other things from other stores and they come before this parcel and i ordered after it.

I ordered three small paint pots for $15. I paid another $15 for Express Post because I needed them soon. HobbyCo took 5 days to actually dispatch them, which completely defeats the point of me paying for Express... (ordered on a Friday, shipped on Wednesday the next week) HobbyCo are open 7 days a week so they even had the whole weekend to prepare to ship the item. I tried to call HobbyCo to demand they at least refund the $5 difference between Standard and Express Post but they wouldn't pick up the phone. I left them a voice message, but they never called me back. I contacted them via their online customer service and they never replied or even READ my message. In addition to this, one of the paints had its label half ripped off and sticky taped back on. This isn't even the first time I've had problems with these guys. HobbyCo are by FAR the worst, I mean the WORST hobby store I've ever dealt with in Australia.
