The train came, but I didn’t know it did not come with a controller? That information was left out. Otherwise it was fine.

Took a week to post and the package wasn't safely packed. The item had alot of shelfwear

I don't know where to start I quote a rhyme The Little Girl with a curl when she was good she was good when she was bad she was horrid I have found it difficult to contact a person when need to, the answering machine responds return call will reply this doesn't happen. Your stock inventory is not up to par. I once sent a email reporting past orders when no response to an order after a period was not fulfilled there was no reply. I find when dealing with Grant is a bonus when in contact. I accept the faults of Hobbyco and for some reason still do business

Refunded an item without contacting me first due to an item not being in stock, despite the website saying otherwise at the time of the order. Would score them lower, but at items they did manage to send arrived in decent enough condition. Could have been better packed

In-store staffs are very helpful and friendly but the website leaves a lot to be desired - I really liked the online stock availability system but l noticed website right now is generally broken in many areas.

I had emailed to cancel the order but received no reply. The following week I received notification that items had just been posted.

Paid for express shipping, but got my stuff as a normal parcel, and so had to contact requesting a refund of the difference. But my stuff was in good condition. Needs to do better in warehouse management.

I am only giving Hobbyco pay Ltd 3 stars due to the long waiting period from time of purchase to that of products arrival... I had bought 7 items: Purchased on the 9th of Sep. Shipped on the 13th. 2 items both individually posted arrived on the 17th. Today, is the 21st, other 5 items have yet to arrive. My issue is not so much with the postal service, but why were the items posted separately?? Had they all been placed in a single box, I could have received all items together. Had to pay for shipping and this is it?? Other hobby companies put everything in one box .
