“Hi there, I have been purchasing from Hobbyco for years, unfortunately I am now a pensioner and the government is not particularly generous so my funds are not what they used to be, also as I have a rather large amount of hobby items I can't always find something new at Hobbyco so I have to wait for available funds and new items (something I don't already have) but I will keep an eye out, Thank you for your time.”

“I purchased a number of jigsaws from Hobbyco, and then contacted them to add one more before shipping. Hobbyco customer service replied very promptly and helped amend my order. Communication was excellent, with updates all throughout process of packaging order, dispatch, and providing shipping details. The jigsaws arrived swiftly in perfect condition. I honestly was blown away by the level of service, and Hobbyco will now be my go-to store for future hobby purchases.”
