“Although my purchase was sent a week late, I had a great experience with my purchase. The vehicle that I bought was very well packaged and in great condition. The only problem was that it took 6 days to deliver, thanks Australia Post.”

“I’d recently experienced an online order which Aust Post likely bungled - the received padded mailer bag (not utilised by Hobbyco as they are not protective enough) had a Brisbane parcel facility “re-wrapping” sticker, indicating items were re-packaged, and minus an ordered model kit item! Enquired with Hobbyco, and over a couple of back and forth emails+photos, worked out that the kit was damaged/lost and remaining items forwarded. Hobbyco impressed me with their prompt response, and offer of refund or replacement - I took the latter but I also made another online purchase to send together with the replaced kit, so at least the postage cost would be covered (and knowing they would incur the cost of the lost kit). The replaced item was then received safely. 5 stars from me.”
