“Hi there, I have been purchasing from Hobbyco for years, unfortunately I am now a pensioner and the government is not particularly generous so my funds are not what they used to be, also as I have a rather large amount of hobby items I can't always find something new at Hobbyco so I have to wait for available funds and new items (something I don't already have) but I will keep an eye out, Thank you for your time.”

“Very good service and l must say very well mannered people on the phone l had a incorrect delivery and it was fixed up over night so l could sent item back to you guys but what amazed me was l items turned up same day ,thank you .”

“I purchased a number of jigsaws from Hobbyco, and then contacted them to add one more before shipping. Hobbyco customer service replied very promptly and helped amend my order. Communication was excellent, with updates all throughout process of packaging order, dispatch, and providing shipping details. The jigsaws arrived swiftly in perfect condition. I honestly was blown away by the level of service, and Hobbyco will now be my go-to store for future hobby purchases.”

“Hobby I got the models delivered quickly. One of the LDRC cars the AE 86 is no good the wheel hub falls off the suspension arms constantly and you can’t drive it.”

“First visited Hobbyco way back in the 1970s when I was a kid and building Airfix kits. Fast forward 50 years and with retirement looming decided to dust off some old kits that had been box-bound for 30 years. Had a dickens of a time sourcing model-building gear in our area so, every trip to the CBD meant a stockup at the Hobbyco main store. Was over the moon when a local store opened up in Liverpool. The Liverpool staff are great: friendly, courteous, helpful & knowledgeable and are a credit to the Hobbyco brand. I finally realised that Hobbyco had an online presecence so signed up and found some great kits at very good prices. The Click-and-Collect via the local store is super fast and saves on postage. The only 'negative' I have is that I found pretty rare kits both in-store and online that didn't appear when logged into the online store but hey, I was damn happy getting these kits! In summary, I would highly recommend Hobbyco for your kit-building needs and it's great to see this business still going strong:-)”
