“The boots which I ordered were exactly what I've been looking for to use on my allotment. My order was promptly processed and dispatched, all good so far. The item was handed to Royal Mail and having transferred it to Norwich, it then took a further three days to make the delivery. Well done Hollands, shame about the courier”

“Prior to the order the customer service team helped out with a measurement query I had, and were able to go to the manufacturer to ask. This was so helpful to me. I've ordered before Hollands and won't hesitate to do so again 🙂”

The item in your size and colour had a dispatch time of 1-2 working days. However, it does look like the item was slightly delayed was dispatched on the 3rd working day. “I ordered the Muflon Extreme.jacket and trousers in the sale. Good quality kit although communications after purchase could have been better. I felt obliged to chase as I hadn't had a despatch note 5 days after the purchase. Customer service responded and it was delivered 2-3 days later. Unfortunately the trousers were the wrong size. I returned them and ordered a bigger size which showed as available. After about 3 days I got a message to say they didn't actually have them and offering a refund which I accepted. i'm guessing maybe they only order in when an order is received and this led to a disconnect with Muflon's supplier. Jacket itself is good quality and I am happy with it. Have now ordered trousers from an other company for same price thankfully.”

“The field waist coat arrived promptly. But unfortunately was a little too small and had a few minor faults. Holland's are in the process of replacing the hoggs of fife waist coat . Have received the replacement and it fits like a glove. Fabulous product and great service.thank you”

“First time purchase of boots and shoes which were speedily delivered. The packaging was far from the best but the contents (all individually wrapped) were undamaged. I had to reurn several items becausethe size 10s I had ordered in the hope that they would be small enough for my 9 1/2 feet - no ha;f size options available in the boots I favoured! But, the 'Return Service' was straight forward, speedily dealt with and the refund made without quibble. I've already placed an alternative boot in my basket! Many thanks to Hollands Country Clothing”

“I have given 3 stars as I have had an issue with a recent order. The sizing was too small and so was retuned using the free qr code label and the next size up was sent in exchange. Unfortunatley this exchange is also too small for purpose and I believe the items are not true to size description. I have had to send this back at my own expense. I am now left to ponder reordrering the xxl size as the only option left, this would incur a delivery charge. I beleive I should not have to pay for delivery as my initial order was above the free delivery limit and the issue is clearly a sizing error. I would appreciate a call or response to discuss/reorder. I have had other orders previously and was happy with the service.”
