“I was a first time customer and at 6ft 3 I am always a little worried about shirts not being long enough in the arm. This shirt was spot on in arm length and the quality of both the cotton and the customer service was first class. I will shop again from Hollands ! Thank you.”

“Late delivery and poor communication. The boots are very comfortable but, I don't think the sole will last long, looks cheap and not a patch on Dr Martens.”

“I ordered a long waterproof jacket. It arrived without a hood. I contacted customer services and asked for a replacement hood. I was asked to send back the coat as they could not send me a replacement hood. I am a busy working mum I don't have time to return item when an easier option was available, I bought a hat instead. The coat itself was good.”

“A bit of a problem trying to return an item but eventually an e-mail from one of their ladies enabled me to print a returns label and post the parcel. I recently bought a shirt, which was replaced with a smaller size. No problem there. The second buy was a pair of shoes which were not a comfortable fit and proved difficult to return - hence my earlier comment. I will continue to review Hollands web site as they have a good range of country clothing. Regards Anthony Bennett”
