“Great company but fell short this time order 52ins regular jacket and was sent 43r unfortunately it was a sale item and didn’t have my size so at present I’m waiting on a refund they have received the jacket back and confirmation has been emailed to me so just waiting on refund shame as they are a nice company to deal with regards SJ T”

I have had a look at your order and can see the item was unfortunately delayed landing with us which resulted in the dispatch going slightly passed our estimated time frame. “Very warm and just what I need this weather. My daughter gave me one for Christmas, I was so impressed with it I immediately bought two more. The micro fleece lining is very effective, best worn over a t shirt or vest. I am a very satisfied customer.”
