Hi Ovidijus, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the address we received on your order was not entered correctly which resulted in the parcel being sent to the wrong location. The street address and city was correct, but we had received a totally different postcode. I can see your parcel did end up coming back to us and has now been refunded in full. “Excellent service from the company. Ordered a pair of knee socks which were too large. Returned the items using prepaid label and requested smaller size. Received replacements swiftly and very happy with their fit. Couldn't ask for better service.”

“I ordered the wrong size dog collar in error. HC doesnt have the size I want. I contacted customer service which says they don't have the size I want. I wanted to do a swap for another colour but it is now getting so convulted I am just giving up on the whole thing. There is no such thing as "real" customer service anymore. Why cant they tell me the product no I need to look for, instead I am having to trawl through all the products. I am just going to return the original items for refund!”

The team had advised on some alternative colours that were available as we didn't have the one you requested. We then received a follow up to say you would be returning for a refund as something else was unavailable.
