“Placed an order for my wife's Christmas present. Started to get a little nervous when a few days ago I hadn't received a despatch confirmation, so emailed customer services. Received a prompt response from Melissa who informed me there had been a delay with the other but she had upgraded delivery to ensure this would arrive pre-Christmas. Received my order today, earlier than anticipated. Huge thank you. Would order again.”
