“Allowing for the Christmas period, items ordered on 4th December did not arrive untill 24th December, by which time it was to late for my wifes chiristmas as we were away from first thing on the 24th travelling.”

I can see your order was place on the 4th of December but the item had a 5-10 working day dispatch time. As this is the case the order was expected to be dispatched between the 11th-18th of December, and then delivered 22nd-24th. “I bought my husband a fleece hooded jacket for Christmas. We had seen some in a shop and he tried one on but decided not to get it. I then started looking online and found Hollands and they had the same jacket. It was a great price and had his size. It's a great quality jacket, fleecey and warm. He was very happy! Easy to use website and speedy delivery, no issues at all! Added bonus of a free mug!”
