“Jacket was perfect in style and quality. However, the sleeves are 4" too long. My husband is 5' 10" so not vertically challenged. We are paying £20 to have the sleeves shortened. We feel that this error in sleeve length should have been noticed before despatch.”

“Ordered when old wellies split so needed fairly quick . Sadly the item was only shipped when prompted nearly a week after buying . Hence marking down on service. Kept waiting for despatch notice but had to email to remind. Maybe because of busy Christmas period. There was a response after item was shipped thanking for my patience but no explanation!”
