“Not a happy bunny came to late it said two/four days took 5 1/2 days was on way too wedding when it arrived & cost me £10 for the privilege never again”

“Customer service is terrible. The wrong size of shoes were sent which I have returned to be exchanged. Before doing so I emailed the company which was over a week ago and they have yet to acknowledge or reply to, I only hope they send the correct size back out or refund my money.”

Hi Chic, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies you have not been satisfied with the service. I can see you contacted us via email and said that they were too Small and you requested a size 10 to be sent out. My colleague responded to confirm that a size 10 should have been sent and would you like a size 11 as i was not confirmed in the email that the incorrect size had been received, this may have dropped into your junk and spam folder. In regards to the shoes we have received your return paperwork. I can see you have noted that a size 44 - 9.5 has been returned for an exchange to a size 10 however a 44 is a size 10 so we believe the correct boots have been received. I tried to call but couldn't get through I think there was some bad signal. Please could you call us on 0161 524 2111 and ask give your name / order number and the team will transfer you to myself so we can see what boots you would like to try. Kind regards, Hollands

“Good website & range. I bought a couple of new waterproofs for work, which were well discounted in the sale. Good communication, arrived quickly, in good shape & all were decent quality & fitted well. Would have given 5 stars, but there is a “protect my order” box in the checkout which needs un-ticking or you’ll unwittingly pay for insurance on your order as I did. It’s not the first time I’ve seen it on a retailers website, but it seems a bit of a con. If it’s delivered properly, why should I want to insure it ? . . . & it should not be added to the order automatically. I think it reflects badly on the retailer. Just my opinion.”
