“Ordered 2 pairs of wellingtons. 1 blue pair so e 4 and 1 orange pair size 7. 2 pairs arrived both pairs size 4. Wife preferred the orange pair and returned the blue pair. On the returns form I requested replacing the blue ones for an orange set size 7. Still waiting for replacements!”

“Bought the gilet and coat. After a mix up with the post office it arrived. Love the coat but the gilet is thinner than I thought. Having said this I’m quite enamoured with both.”

“The coat arrived safely and well packaged but I'd ordered a size too big.Exchanging it for a smaller size was very easy and free.The new one fits perfectly.It was a little bit slow using Royal Mail.zUse a different choice of carrier if in a hurry.Very pleased with my new body warmer.”
