“The coat I ordered was perfect unfortunately the communication to say it was out of stock wasn’t so good so I had to contact customer support after 5 days it did say dispatched 2 to 4 days after purchase so no correspondence.”

“Service is second to none, I only recently started shopping with the company but because the service is so good, I won’t be shopping anywhere else. The boots I purchased are perfect. I have severe arthritis in my feet and the boots are light, wide, comfortable and very easy to wear. So much so i purchased two pairs.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of wellingtons. 1 blue pair so e 4 and 1 orange pair size 7. 2 pairs arrived both pairs size 4. Wife preferred the orange pair and returned the blue pair. On the returns form I requested replacing the blue ones for an orange set size 7. Still waiting for replacements!”
