“Items move but didn’t fit which happens with online ordering My issue is the £4 charge to return items I choose the QR code so very frustrating to pay for a return in this day and age Would have exhanged for smaller size but none in stock”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you haven't had a positive experience with us. In order to keep our prices as competitive as possible and offer the best price for our customers, we do charge a return fee when returning for a refund. It will give you the option of a printed label or QR code, we pay for both of these services which is why we deduct the £4 return fee to cover the cost. I understand you would have looked at an exchange but it was out of stock. We do offer a third option when returning which is our store credit to be used on the website at a later time. “Ordered a leatherman as a gift for my partner. It took 10 days to ship my order, then 2 days for that to arrive. Thankfully that was on my partners birthday but I paid for 2-4 days so I didn’t expect them to delay posting. The leatherman itself is fine”

“I have been looking for a pair of waterproof trousers which are not only waterproof but also warm for winter use. If you are looking for the same I can highly recommend the Percussion Rambouillet Original Waterproof Warm Trousers. The trousers are comfortable, warm and waterproof. This is my third pair of trousers from the Percussion range which has a great selection of outdoor clothing. If you have any question regarding the clothing at Hollands Country Clothing, the customer service is very helpful. If you need to return the items the transaction is completed quickly.
