Wouldn't normally complete reviews but I can honestly say it's been a real disappointment from start to finish, firstly two coats were ordered was advertised incorrectly, when I questioned them about it they took days to answer and when they did they just said send it back there was no opology or explanation! I questioned them again as it was false advertising, another day goes by with no response, on the third email I finally get an opology with admission of the coat being advertised incorrectly. I send the coat back but keep the other, over 2weeks later there's still no refund, another email and another delay in getting back to me then finally after almost three weeks I was refunded. Never again the communication was terrible but what got me most was the fact they took at least three emails to opologise then still deducted the delivery charge from the returned coat !! Not even any token gesture was given as a sign of good will for all the inconvenience caused... oh and delivery was late....

I wanted to offer my sincerest apologies that the order was late, and that your item had been incorrectly described. Following your complaint we raised this with the brand who let us know the listing details were incorrect which we let you know of, this has now been resolved. Regarding the communication from our Customer Service team, I have had a look through our email communications with you to get a better understanding of what happened. We received your initial complaint on the 13th of January. I can see one of our advisors responded to your query on the 14th of January and did offer an apology in the first email, we also didn't ask you to return it we had asked for some images so we could investigate this further for you and get it resolved. Throughout the thread our team also apologised in three other emails to you for the issue you had experienced. I agree you shouldn't have been charged a return fee this was done automatically by our returns system which I am so sorry for. I have issued a refund for your return postage charge and the initial postage charge as well to apologise for the issue. If you would like to discuss this further we would be more than happy to have a chat with you. Please contact our team and ask to speak to the manager Melissa who will be able to chat with you. Although I returned my wellies because they didn’t fit the services I received and the quickness that my return was dealt with were second to none, I would definitely check out my outdoor needs with this company again. Thank you so much 😊

Good service but a little slow on the postage. Deer hunter trouser sizes were hard to understand and definitely on the small size. Very happy to buy from Hollands again though

Hollands must be congratulated on the high level of customer service, quality of the clothing they sell and when there is a small problem there customer service team are easy to contact and resolve in a speedy and friendly way. In this day and age it’s very difficult to find Kevin

I ordered a pair of muck boots apex after seeing them at a very competitive price. They arrived promptly four days later. I'm delighted with them. Very comfortable from the off . Completely waterproof and a good grip for all types of conditions. Ideal for my dog walking expeditions. Very pleased with the boots and the process.
