“Purchased raincoat which turned out to be a 'snug fit' and I decided a size bigger would be good. Changed by Holland's with no question. Sent a prepaid label to return it, as well. Very pleasant customer service person too. All done speedily.”

“I have to say, it's quite disappointing really. Your choice of courier being the post office,is letting your business down. My order was sent to several different places before finally being delivered. I you paid for the postage, then it's your choice,but seeing as I've paid for it, it becomes annoying to be given dates and times for delivery,only for it not to happen. Then to add insult to injury, I have to pay to return the goods, because of inaccurate sizing. At 64 my feet have been at a pretty well stable size for most of my adult life, unlike the products sold now days”
