“Seen the offer online and ordered three pairs of medium weights Bridgedale Socks. Payment was made immediately which was acknowledged. Then complete silence for over two weeks. An E-Mail prompted them to reply. One of the orders was now out of stock and I was given options of replacing them with a similar product or a refund. I chose a refund which came through 48 hours later. The remaining order then arrived 72 hours after the initial prompt. Would I order again online? Most unlikely. I will go on a store like Go Outdoors and buy them on person.”

“A great range of outdoor clothing at a good price. Postage took longer than I anticipated (about a fortnight) which is unusual for online shopping. However, when the item arrived I was happy with it as I was unable to get it anywhere else.”

“Liked the look of choices online. Unfortunately both purchases were on the small size. Very disappointed that when returning these items I was charged twice for postage despite returning both items together which is how they were delivered. Also don't understand what the cost is for ' protection' is this just another way for you to make money? Will put me off ordering anything else from you.”

Hi Shelia, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear that you have not had a positive experience with us. On your initial order you qualified for the free delivery. If you have returned both items back to us in the same parcel, there will only be one deduction of £4 applied as it is charged per use of the label, not per item. We currently only have one return opened for one item. I think what may have happened if you opened the return for one item but sent two back. If you have since gone to open a return on the other item, it will advise you will eb charged a second lot of postage. However, if you have sent both items back together you won't be charged twice. I have also issued a refund the cost of our Protect My Order charge, the funds should be back with you within 2-4 working days. Hopefully this has cleared this up. However I have called and left a voicemail and would be happy to discuss it further to clear up any confusion. Kind regards, Hollands

“I ordered a pair of boots and a jacket..very quick delivery and well packaged. I had to exchange the jacket for a different size. This was done with no problem , a return label was generated and the replacement sent by return. All excellent”
