“I bought an Opinel no. 12. It has a wooden handle, made of wood, and very handy it is too. The blade I chose is made of metal, and as such is quite hard. The locking ring is also made of metal, but is more springy than the blade. Once locked in place, it looks quite intimidating, and could prove more than capable of paying for itself eventually, we can only wait and see. Delivery was fast, price was good, and description was OK, it's an Opinel, it's describes itself really.”

“Website works well, my query on the measure for leg lengths was promptly answered. The despatch process seemed slow compared to other online retailers, order Thursday, ship Monday deliver Wednesday, 4 working days. All the notifications were good. Apart from that a good experience, would buy from them again”

“I ordered online and the coat came quickly. I didn't have any contact with Hollands so I can't comment on their personal service however they used the postman to deliver my coat which to me is important because my dealings with Evri and the like has always been stressful. Throwing parcels over the fence etc. Thank you Hollands, I'd never heard of you before searching for a particular coat but now I've found you'll I look here again.”
