I have checked your order and can see your order was delivered on time as per the dispatch and delivery times advertised when your order was placed. I can see you contacted our Customer Service team who did offer to change the delivery service to the standard delivery and refund the difference but unfortunately we never heard back. “Very nice website, easy to navigate and provides a number of pictures from different angles which is very helpful when trying to make a decision. The Cotswold Ladies waterproof 3/4 coat is lovely. It's lightweight, warm, comfortable and stylish. The same can be said of the Deerhuhter Lady Anne waistcoat which is fabulous. Very prompt delivery. Very pleased with my purchases. Thank you.”

“To be honest, I am a bit disappointed in the garment. And as Hollands keep asking me by email for a review, I thought I would do so. It is very bulky, especially so where the pockets are, which is a breast pocket and two other side pockets. The pockets bulge when empty and the jacket doesn’t fit smoothly as a result. I am sure it would be warm on cold days, and I would hope that it is waterproof as sold but with a fleece exterior, I doubt I would wear it in serious rain. But my disappointment with the bulky-ness of the pockets has resulted in me starting the returns process as I can’t see myself wearing this as a result. A shame: I usually love jackets like this and as I work outdoors all year round, it could have been a perfect item to have.”
