“It was very disappointing that after a 20-day treatment routine any improvement in teeth colour achieved was negligible! I am left to question if this was due to the quality of the strips because mostly some had crumpled edges, whilst the backing plastic came adrift with some others when peeled, arguably due to age of the strips.”

“I don’t know whether I just received a dodgy batch or they are fake but the crest whitening strips I received are so dry no gel on them whatsoever and not made one bit of difference”

“Not sure of autheticity of produtcs, used the 22% 3 times over (9 syringes) and results are about 3/10 with patchiness and incositency in the whitening. It is defintley not a fault with my application as I have used 16% phillips from my actual dentist about 2 years ago and it worked perfectly”

“Second time using these. I thought the excruciating pain I had for 3 weeks the first time was due to a filling I had but I’ve used these again and again I’m in agony ! Swollen gums and shooting pains in my face and can’t get a dentist appointment! Not eating. So I would NOT recommend!”

“Dear Home teeth whitening I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had while using your product. I have encountered two significant issues that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, I find that there is a considerable waste of gel when using the syringe, as it seems that I lose half of it during the application process. This is quite frustrating, as I expect to utilize the product effectively. Secondly, and more concerning, is the reaction I have experienced with my gums. After following the instructions provided, I am now suffering from burns and blisters on my gums. This has caused me a great deal of discomfort and worry. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding these complications, as I believe it is important to address these issues for the benefit of all users. Thank you for your attention to this matter. “Delivwry was due for saturday and then was cancelled. Delivery driver left the package outside of my door the following day (no option to change delivery day) as I was not in and it was not there when I arrived home. No replacement given”

“Parcel was taken as delivery driver left on doorstep rather than a safe place … was told i had to report to the police for them to be able to investigate my parcel otherwise they wont do anything … im £100 down and no teeth whitening the company is useless and pressure you into things you dont legally have to do”

“I'm afraid its awful. I couldn't get the strips to stay in place. Teeth were whiter after treatment but discolouration appeared to return within a few hours. Will go back to using the gel.”

“My order never arrived to me, so unable to say if it worked or not. I realised straight after order that the wrong shipping address was shown. I immediately informed them via email and sent numerous follow-up emails, but they seemed incapable of correcting the address, so I never received it. Terrible service.”

“Although the teeth whitening Gel arrived when stated, the product itself is very dangerous. I was expecting it to be uncomfortable but not to the point it’s was hurting ALOT!!! I severely burnt my gums (top & bottom) with this product. Pretty much bury the top layer of skin off! I’m still having issues with my bottom gums 1 week later!”
