“Used Phillips zoom day white 9.5% - after going through 2 syringes no difference. So contacted company to see if I was doing something wrong with the application - got a reply (starting’ thank you for reaching out to us’ - always a bad sign) saying basically hard lines, it doesn’t work for everyone, why not try something else!”

“I bought the 9% colgate tooth whitening gel, my dentist told me Imust not use 9% on my teeth as I have weak enamel and 9% is not regulated here in the UlK he said patients must never go above 2-3% as anything higher completely damages the teeth. I have emailed your company 3 times to ask to send the gel back, the packaging has not been opened at all, I have not even opened the box. Refused to refund.”

Hi there, Unfortunately we do not accept returns on teeth whitening gels as they are not sealed so we cannot resell them once returned for other customers health and safety reasons as you can appreciate. Our terms and conditions state that prior to ordering you must have a consultation with your dentist to ensure that the product you are ordering is suitable for your teeth, it is so important that customers do this to ensure they do not have any unwanted side effects from teeth whitening.

Dear Claire, Would you please be able to leave the review under the product you ordered as this is a review of the company and their service such as getting your order shipped quickly etc? I can assure you all of our products are genuine, teeth whitening does not work for everyone which is why we make no guarantees, however the amount of strips you have used is less than half of a full treatment. To see full results you would need to purchase the full treatment amount. The amount you opted for was a top up amount for anyone with already white teeth wanting to remove just a small amount of stains. “Unfortunately have not received my products yet. Delivery was attempted twice. I rescheduled for Saturday knowing I would be home all day and it was not delivered. Now delivery will more than likely be attempted when I am at work so I will not receive my order!”

“Ordered 10 strips for money i paid thought this was 10 packets. In fact 5 packets counting the 2 strips in the packets. Not worth the money”

Hi there, We are sorry to hear you did not feel our product was worth the money. Our prices are very competitive for a product that you can only get in the USA. After all the expense to get the product to you in the UK they are just a slightly bit more expensive than what you buy in the USA. The 40 strips packet is a lot better value for money and you should see much better results.

“I was charged twice for the same order and then emailed to say a second order was on its way which never arrived. I have messaged in the chat about this and haven’t heard back. I would like my £25 back asap!!!! Very unhappy customer. Every time I try to send another message it tells me it’s failed”

“I made my first ever order, and when I double clicked to pay on Apple Pay, it set to the last used shipping address, which was my 96 year old Grandmother who lives in London (3.5 hours from me). Within 50 seconds of placing the order, I went onto the website and clicked on ‘change shipping address’ - I also sent about 4/5 emails and messages over the space of 5 hours to the website asking for them to update my address asap please. I then get a notification saying my parcel had been shipped… but to the incorrect address! I contacted them again and explained the issue and asked if they could cancel the shipment or as a gesture of goodwill send the parcel back to my address - after all, I used the ‘change shipping address’ function within ONE MINUTE! And so my argument was why offer a function to change shipping address when it’s nul and void and doesn’t work? I had a response back saying could I ask my 96 year old granny to go to the post office and send it to me… well, considering she’s house bound and almost blind, the answer was no. I asked again if as a one off they could send the strips to me in the post, they were £33 worth of product so not a great amount considering that if the service was brilliant/understanding of the situation, I would probably place more orders in the future. However, I haven’t even received a courtesy response and have been ignored… then I get this email asking for a review 😅 will I order from you again? No. Is the service on offer up to scratch? No.”

“Delivered parcel to recycling bin with no note and never requested this so parcel was lost. When emailed have been accused of basically lying and then ignored from further emails. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Left with no product, no money back and no attempt to resolve the situation. Feels like a scam company”

“I wanted to return the item gave them a good enough reason as my friend already ordered it for me. They said I needed to refuse delivery but how could I if I wasn’t present at store. Will be contacting my credit card company/paypal”

“Awful service -strips did not arrive (package was sealed) and then when I complained they gave me the excuse that CCTV was used in the factory to check that it had been packed - so i asked to see the footage, and guess what, they couldn’t send it. AVOID at all costs!”

“This product is dangerous. DO NOT BUY. I’ve whitened my teeth for many years and this is the first product that has damaged my gums. Within 30 seconds of inserting the trays my gums were burning and I had to instantly remove. No willingness from the company to refund or no apologies, just a standard reply about how to use the product correctly (I know to avoid gum contact where possible but with trays it isn’t possible to completely avoid some product touching h the gums. DO NOT BUY”

“Product was delivered super fast - thank you I used this product several years ago from my dentist and had fantastic results, so was excited to use again. Sadly it's made a complete mess of my teeth it's really uneven and highlighted stained areas and am very disappointed and upset with results my teeth look worse than when I started! The product is completely different from last time I used it, it has not worked and due to how uneven it is I would not recommend the product.”
