“Absolutely terrible. I had to find my order myself as it got delivered to the wrong address and their dog pierced it i told them and wouldn't give me a refund or replacement. I ordered 10 and was sent 5 also.”

“VERY bad product. i do not understand how there are so many good reviews, the strips made me teeth so sensitive and such bad pain. i was struggling for a week!!!!!! same as 2 of my friends. i only did 2 half an hour treatments and i will never use again.”

“This is dangerous. Within seconds of putting this on using my custom dentist fitted trays. It begins to cause chemical burns to the gums. There is no way this is safe or usable. This is pure peroxide”

Dear Ryan, 14% day gels are our strongest gels and only a small amount should be applied to the trays and should never come into contact with your gums. If the gel does go onto your gums please wipe it off with a tissue or cotton bud.

“Product arrived damaged with one syringe having leaked fluid all over the box. I didn’t touch the contents just connected customer service who refuse to refund insisting I must have caused the damage. Terrible product and customer service!”
