“You will not be getting the product that is advertised. Although they advertise POLADAY you will be receiving POLAZING which is a discontinued product. Customer service was atrocious, they told me that as long as it is the same ingredients (35% CP) then they cannot refund or exchange for the product I actually paid for which was POLADAY. If I did want to refund, they would charge me delivery and some stock fee rubbish even though it was their fault. Also they send you a product with a very short shelf life as you can see from the pics”

Dear Dean, We are sorry to hear you feel this way about your toothpaste. The tubes may not be the biggest but they contain hydrogen peroxide and are from the USA which is why they are more expensive than the shops in the UK. The hydrogen peroxide will whiten your teeth, the toothpastes in the UK will only remove surface stains which account for very little of teeth stains.

Dear Sarah, As previously advised, you had contacted Philips Zoom UK, we are not based in the UK and do not deal with Philips Zoom UK. The gum issue was down to incorrect application of your gels.

“I placed my order and my money was taken 2 weeks ago. Having contacted customer service as my order hasn’t arrived I was informed that you admit you took my money but you do not know what my order was for. Had I not contacted you I am sure I would not have seen my money or order.”

Hi there, Unfortunately we had a system issue that marked your order as complete and did not record the item you had purchased, on the system it had looked like it was shipped already. We issued you a full refund already and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

“I mistakenly ordered two products and emailed to inform them of this before the order was despatched, I asked if they could cancel one product and refund the money. This email has still not been answered and I now have two products, one of which I do not need.”

“The crest whitening strips are fake and they can’t prove otherwise. They haven’t responded to my email but responded to my trust pilot review literally just saying that they’re not fake. I emailed P&G who produce crest whitening strips and they advise that they’re not real and that you should only buy from a reputable retailer… They also said I should request a refund which I already did via my email (still no response)”

Dear Cara, We are not a European based website and they are correct, Crest do not sell directly to consumers in the EU. Our products are not fake.

“I usually buy my teeth whiteners at dentist. Don't be tricked into buying them here - they are not good. It's worth paying a bit extra for a good source. Home Teeth Whitening refused to let me return unopened boxes. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE!! Be careful.”

Dear Beverley, I can see you received your full order, unfortunately we do not accept returns on teeth whitening gels for a number of reasons. The main one being we do not resell items that are returned that can be tampered with for the security of our other customers. This is in our terms and conditions which you agreed to upon checking out. I am unsure what the problem is however, you have ordered 2 gels which have arrived to you in perfect condition?

“Not satisfied with customer service. Purchase strips where one strip was cut off in the whole pack of 20. I asked for compensation or discount and as told I need to send pictures of every strip so a calculation on refund could be made. I had obviously used the strips even though one tooth was not whitened as I wanted to whiten teeth for Christmas and every time I opened a pack, I realised the strip was cut off short. I’ve purchased expensive products from suppliers and the customer service is no quibble discount or refund because they trust the customer. The product is amazing but I will look for another supplier going forward.”
