“Excellent service and no server issues to date. Much better than my previous hosting with Crazy Domains. Better to have a server closer to home. BEST THING - a Kiwi answers the phone when you call.”

“I was blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism I received when I set up my hosting. These guys really know their stuff and took the time to make sure I was set up right. I have decided to transfer a second website I own over to them because the’ve proven they actually care about their customers. Really glad I found them!”

“Transferring my domain and website from another provider was mostly smooth and hassle-free. Where there were any problems, the response from support was very quick and the problems were sorted out. The only real irritation was having to change my login and contact email address because emails from Hoopla were not getting through to my main personal address.”

“I really like the clean modern dashboard. Easy to use and navigate. Support is really good, fast and helpful. A couple of features I think will improve the service/toolset are: 1. Sync DNS records when transferring from another registrar 2. Integrate DNS management into the admin dashboard, instead of using cPanel. Weird that the follow-up questions in this review are based on the delivery of a physical product.. Cheers Cy”
