They do nothing for the money. We nearly had a tenant die in a flat on the top floor as the emergency services couldn't get to them after the lift being broken for a month. “I’ve just visited a friend of mine in a Sheffield property run by Inspired management. What a joke. Permanent broken entry doors, and a rough sleeper living in a cupboard that they have illegally gained entry into. The company have failed to do anything about this matter. My friend is eighty years old, she has earned her right to live securely in her own flat. I’m sure she is not alone with her complaints.surely they have a responsibility to tenants that they are taking lots of money from. Avoid their properties at any cost. What a shower of ——they are, no regards to peoples well being or peace of mind.”

The website is ridiculous, the communal areas haven't been re-painted in ages, there are scuffs all over the walls.
The doors are pathetic (with a decent kick anyone could get in)
We pay a lot for the service charge, yet nothing seems to improve or be maintained at a reasonable level.”
“Do not use this Inspired(Incompetent) Property management in Doncaster. Overcharged £3000 on service charges, they demand paid up front then do not fulfil the services they are supposed to provide, charge for them upfront and then a year later let u know there was an underspend of over £1000. People in these flats in Hull, struggle to pay these extortionate charges, their incompetence and unfairness has created more poverty. They charge over £1000 a year for their financial incompetence.
They won't pay me the money back as I had to sell the flat due to being nearly bancrupt... This money will go to the new flat owner, not me.
They don't care so don't use them

They are "managing" the building I live at. The lift has been out of service for 4 YEARS!!!! The boiler keeps breaking and they take ages to fix it leaving the tenants WITHOUT HOT WATER!! The building is at an awful state in general!
They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.”
“A genuine disgrace of a property management company.
This company managed the block of flats on 2 developments I had leasehold flats and the service charges doubled in 3 years and the quality of service was poor and continued to go from bad to worse.
They barely responded to emails, didn’t resolve issues that were block responsibility which costed myself and other leaseholders £1,000s in repairing leaks (one example) that were block responsibility and we never saw.
In the end we managed to remove these con men and took over the Right to Manage on one development and I strongly advise others in this position to do so or stay clear of Inspired altogether.
If zero stars was an option this would be accurate.”

This company transformed beautiful development into a landfill as they are too incompetent to deal with it.
Many of the residents have started to move out because of them!
We all make constant calls and send them emails but consensus wasn't achieved with their manipulative and lazy staff. And I am afraid that we will never achieve it.
