“A young chap named Dominic handled my application. I was a nurse for many decades and one of my pet hates was when staff talked to older members of the community as if they were toddlers. This guy was none of that. Friendly, helpful and concise. Not overly pushy either, another thing that makes me walk away from buying certain services. I had intended to get all the info and then mull over it for a few days before making a decision but, due to the confidence Dominic inspires, I signed for it on the day. You have a valuable asset in that fellow. Many thanks Denis Booth”

“Vanessa who dealt with us was friendly and very helpful nothing was to much trouble for her. She explained all our options and we will be passing on her mobile to my sister and brother in law who are also very impressed”

“Phoebe did a great job in sorting out the life insurance and listened to what we wanted, very easy and pleasant experience which did not take long to complete but is essential as we get older to have cover for any dependants.”
