“The urn is absolutely stunning... I was so happy to find an urn that reflected my father's love of airplanes, that is elegant, sturdy, and beautiful. The customization with his name came out better than I thought it would. I am so thankful that I was able to see a mock up before making my final decision because it gave me the peace of mind that we were making a good choice. The price was manageable, and it shipped in a box with padding that kept it super protected. Also, the customer service was quick and friendly.”

“The charms and the necklaces are absolutely beautiful we couldn't be any happier we had an urn the football on and they painted the Rams helmets on the urn and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! They did a wonderful job painting it we cannot be any happier everyone that received a necklace is very happy we have been telling all of our family and friends about you so glad we found you online we are waiting for the business cards and trust me they will all be given out thank you again for doing such a beautiful job on that urn I know Jim would absolutely love it”

“Sometimes words do not give the complete credit a person is searching for to give. I will try though. The absolute care and concern this business put forth in our time of this need was without question, astonishing! There was always a sense of real customer concern with us. There was a small issue due to "shipping handling" that In The Light Urns took care of without question and a new urn was sent overnight. There was there no fault in the packaging! The final product is what we intended to get, my family is very happy. Thank you to everyone involved with this process. Paul & Family.”

“Looked very nice. I personally set it gently in the water, a calm lagoon behind our house. Even though I had a small issue, everyone thought it was beautiful. “I love the urn it is perfect. The only problem was I paid the extra money to get it in 3-5 business days and it came in 6. I got it 2 hours before the funeral. I still got it before which is why I'm giving a 5 star and I will be telling people about where I got it and will go thru u again. Just not on a tight schedule.”
