Would be a lot nicer if the name was engraved instead of just printed on the bell. Doubtful that the fastener will hold up on a motorcycle.

I love the medallion that was sent to me with my mothers picture on it. The only downfall of the medallion sticking to urn is that it doesn’t really stick well. It’s kind of a disappointment when you spend so much money on something that you thought that would actually stick without a problem.

Hi Dawn, We are very sorry for your experience with us. I do know with our medallions they are meant to just hang around the neck of the urn and the complementary double tape we send is just so it will not swing around when pushed or moved. The colors & pattern are not as vibrant and are uneven, not as shown online which is very disappointing. At this point can't wait to return and order another as we have an ailing relative. What we got was not special enough for what we expected or paid. Heartbroken as this would haven been perfect for our special person.

I was told i would get my urns and stands in 7-20 days got urns no stands and was not told why

Disappointed that No bag come with the urn for ashes .This should be automatic for every urn to come with a bag.

I rated them low because there was an important feature of the Urn that was not listed on the page -- the "cap" that came with the Urn was loose and would have to be glued. That information was not disclosed and I was told that I would need to glue the top only after I call to complain.

Went to place the order and the screen went in to a mode of picture size of over 200 %, it was hard to place the order. Plus I wanted the order to not have a receipt in the delivery package and there was no place to put it, if there was the frame that I hand to place it from was to large to see the page as a whole.
