It turned out beautifully. The only issue we have is we paid $100 extra for it to be delivered in 2 days and it arrived on Tuesday instead of Saturday.

We are sorry to hear that you had to pay $100 extra for the delivery to arrive in 2 days, only to receive it on Tuesday instead of Saturday. Looking at the order, it looks like it was purchased on the 20th at 7pm (After hours). We shipped with 2 day air on the 21st (Thursday) and due to there not being deliveries on Sundays and also Christmas, this arrived on Tuesday the 26th. If you have any questions, we are here to help! The overall experience was great! Customer Service Rep showed patience and respect in our time of sorrow. However, the original urn arrived with the wrong DOB engraved. But at no additional cost to us, a new urn was sent with the correct DOB. AND, we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers as an apology. Thank you!

The stainless steel cuff bracelet is very nice with the engraving done perfectly. My big disappointment is in the amount of ashes it holds. Less than "a pinch" of the finest ashes fit in. I'm not sure that I would have bought this bracelet had I known this beforehand. I would still, however, recommend this company for their high quality bracelet and fast delivery.

The Peaceful Pillow Water Urn I ordered originally arrived with a slight misspelling of my mom’s last name. Out of respect for my mom, I wanted it fixed. I initially tried reaching out via email with no response within a few days so I tried using the online form but kept getting errors. One phone call to a very friendly & empathetic customer service rep (David) and my issue was resolved. I received the corrected product and am relieved that it was expedited so I have it in plenty of time for my cruise & burial at sea. Thank you for your care & concern!

Good communication about my order, beatiful pendant and engraving, birthstone however looks kinda off as far as the color, I even double checked my order to make sure I chose the correct month and I did, the chain is ok but quite stiff and hard to latch, might be nice if there were more chain options, overall a beautiful piece, got great compliments from my family too

Ordered me and my wife necklace for our daughter we lost at 4 months and the pieces we received was perfect couldn’t ask for something better only issue we had was the gold coating on the angel wing has started to fade off already all the other pieces are still good so far but overall good service products came in time and was everything we asked for.

The products were made and delivered quickly. the bottom of the wooden box was unnecessarily tight and not at all appropriate for the box. Adjustments to the manufacturing process would be necessary to prevent damaging the box while opening. I was able to finally remove using water and a suction cup. After sanding around the edges on all sides to achieve the proper fit, I needed to drill a new hole on the front side to replace the location for a screw that had split the wood (only on the interior). I like the box and the service. if they begin taking care to finish the only moving part of the system they can score 100% in the future.

I order an urn plus an extra bag for the inside, but didn't receive the outside bag, that is included with the urn. The urn is beautiful and nicely engraved. I paid extra for fast shipping to Canada and received it on time. But it took 2 emails and a phone call to get credit for the missing bag.
