“The urn was on back order for 3 months but it is just what I wanted. It's the most beautiful blue color. My husband would have loved it.”

“The mini keepsake urns I ordered are beautiful the heart-shaped one is so special I got the fishing-themed ones as my husband loved to fish. The mini I got for his brother and he cried when I gave it to him thinking of all the times they fished together. Worth every penny except for the shipping was 89$ more then actual order.”

“I ordered the lighter bird knot urn box but received a dark wood finish. It is still nice but I think it was smaller than expected. I wanted an urn big enough for 3, not 2. Jewelry ordered is very nice. But engraving is light and hard to read. I am still satisfied enough with order and will not ask for any adjustments to it.”

“We really enjoy the urns.. helps my children feel closer to their dog. Great durable product only thing I disliked was thinking it would hold more ashes than it does. I thought the funnel was clogged but turned out it just didn’t hold that much as I expected. But either way it holds ashes!”

“The bracelet is nicely made but the ash compartment is very small and the wrist band is not adjustable and very large so it does not fit.”

“I found the perfect urn for my husband. They had it delivered in plenty of time for the service regardless of the fact that it took me forever to decide. The urn is beautifully made. The only issue was when we tried to remove the bottom to put the ashes inside; we removed the screws and the bottom had swelled so it took some time to remove it without damaging the urn. It was concerning for a few minutes, but it all worked out. I was slightly disappointed that I didnt get a blank name plate with it when I opted to have the inscription done later. But the urn is perfect. 🥰”

“I'm rating this 4 stars because my mom (who I bought this for) still really liked it, and it seems to be of good quality. But I honestly thought it was going to be different. The charms size comparison doesn't look like the picture. Everything was kind of awkward sizes that didn't fit well together which made it look awkward. It kind of looks like just a bunch of random charms on a necklace. I had to rearrange the charms so they weren't overlapping each other as bad. Also the birthstone is a very very faint color, you can hardly tell its supposed to be green (August). Overall, I was expecting more for the price.”

“I ordered 2 keepsakes with the charms and engraving. I received the keepsakes without the engraving. I emailed and sent a pic for their review. They immediately sent 2 more keepsakes to me 2nd day air with the engraving. The keepsakes are beautiful. Thank you for the great customer service! I would definitely recommend In The Light Urns.”

“I paid $175 for an hourglass urn,for my husband. That's a lot of money for me. I ordered the largest hourglass urn. I thought it would be big enough. My husband was about 350ish pounds. The urn doesn't even hold 1/4 of his ashes. Other than that, the urn is beautiful!I'm pretty happy with everything else.”

“Quick delivery , good very caring compassionate in your time of darkness. Over all good quality place to get your urns. product i bought never lost color...but there is one thing I will speak about and thats the fact that this is a replacement from one that was bought almost a year ago , I'm just very fortunate my aunty still has some ashes at her cabin . My previous pendant came unglued around the threads of the plug and it dropped off somewhere I know not where. This being said .. See about some Saudering on that area at your local jewelleries you purchase a pendant get your own glue thats not going to get devolved by water .... or simply just ask to be sent out better glue .”
