The urn that I ultimately got was beautiful and I've received a lot of comments on how perfect it was for my husband. Unfortunately, I received the wrong urn 1st which caused me a lot of distress due to the timing of the celebration of life. Thank goodness I opened the box right away. When I called the In the Light Urns team actioned the error quickly and had the correct urn delivered within 2 days.

The urn was beautiful. The only recommendation I would give is the type would show up better with an outline or thicker shadow. Since the type is reversed out of the design, there are areas in the sky portion where the type appears less defined.

It was a very beautiful urn perfect for an infant. Wording was added correctly. No issues with shipping. I wish there was more than one option for the font.

The urn is beautiful. Prices are reasonable. Shipping was excellent. The only thing that bothered me was the emails to follow. In my grief I personally thought it was insensitive to receive an email with the subject "Your Urn has shipped!". I would have appreciated more discretion. There is zero excitement in an infant urn shipping. Following delivery, waiting a few weeks to ask for a review would have also been more appropriate. More sensitivity regarding communication would go a long way. Thank you.

Fantastic product! Very nice design and printing. Pefect. The instructions are actually inside the cardboard urn which is then covered in plastic upon delivery. This confused me as usually the instructions are in the delivery box on the top. Also The instruction sheet was good but I had several questions about transferring the ashes and the aqua bio degrativility of the paper and plastic bags that originally held the ashes from the crematorium. Customer service was great and told me that no, those are not biodegratable and I would need to transfer the actual ashes and remove the paper/plastic that came from the crematorium. The cardoard urn went into the water but rather than totally falling flat it tilted up in the water which made me a bit nervous as well as the instructions didn't mention this possibility. Still the product made for a fantastic, respectful end-of-life internment/celebration.

First of all, our urn is beautiful, thank you. Our first urn arrived damaged due to lack of protection when shipped. Your company immediately sent us out a replacement, and it arrived in perfect condition in a day. Customer service doesn't get any better. We thank you!

Really loved this idea! Came quickly and was easy to assemble. Unfortunately, after only a month of having the product the loop part of the key chain had broken off. After reaching out, In The Light Urns was extremely responsive and replaced the item immediately!

Hello There, We are very happy with the biodegradable urn we purchased for our loved ones ocean burial. The only item I like to bring to your attention for future similar orders, is our loved one was cremated through Aquamation (water cremation) in Seattle. I think the ashes through this process are heavier than the regular cremation process. The bag that was supplied with the urn did not hold the weight and it tore. I really loved the bracelet but the train kept on leaking the ashes so I was a bit upset about that.

The urns were beautiful! Just as described in quality and appearance. The only hold back to 5stars is that the box didn’t biodegrade as quickly as advertised. It was over 10 mins and had to intervene to sink. May didn’t have full of ashes so maybe the weight is a key factor just to prepare others. Thank you. Great service!

Things arrived in a timely manner and were of great quality. The only complaint I would have is that I thought one of the keychain urns came with 2 more charms (as was pictured) but it did not. I thought I had chosen to have all of them, but found out when I received it that I didn’t. That part was confusing when placing the order!

Very nice just wish the stone was more purple. It looks clear. But nice enough on my recommendation my sister also ordered the same pendant to hold some of my step mothers ashes

Preparation and shipping was incredibly fast. The only negative is that the paint on the star on the urn looks somewhat sloppy and bleeds "outside the lines".
