“Urn came with a broken lid which was promptly replaced. However I was disappointed the lid was plaster of Paris and not Raku pottery like the urn.”

“I was told I would receive a mock up prior to mailing the product. I did not receive said mock up. The product was just fine and other than being told something and it not happening, I was more than satisfied with the finished product! Thank you!”

“I just think the keepsakes could reflect how small they are and that the size chart is an option when ordering in case you weren’t expecting such a small urn. All the Urns keepsake included show be able to purchase in all designs and sizes; from tiny keepsake to largest jar”

“I got a defective urn and they replaced it next day shipping, just in time for my son's funeral. One bad experience, I called at 5:15pm (chat was open till 6, thought the same hours applied for the phone line) and was berated by the rep who picked up because my phone shows a solicitor type caller ID. I can understand thinking it is a solicitor, but I was yelled at to change my called ID and yelled at that I called slightly after phone hours. I did not appreciate being yelled at and reprimanded for just trying to make sure my infant son's urn would arrive on time.”

“1st order was fine, ordered 11 more items and had to reorder 2 more times due to bad items and bad engraving, call me to talk about this, you can send me two holders engraved to make me happy, 1for heart 1for football.”

“The urn is so beautiful when you see it we really loved it however there was one thing that did not go well with the urn top, it didn’t fit properly however we we made it work thank you”

“It was a very easy process. Upon arrival of the Urn it was beautiful! I ordered the adult Urn and 2 keepsake Urns. I was very pleased with my order. After the service I had multiple people asking where did I order the Urn from.”

“I really appreciate Susan's willingness to accommodate the request I made on my order of a Blue Heart Keepsake urn to send me a slightly different color than the shade of blue shown in a sample online. That was very thoughtful, especially considering the grief that many of her customers may be experiencing at the time of such a purchase.”

“Unfortunately, in the last 5 years, I have lost 4 close family members and have/am purchasing many keepsake urn items. Service and quality have been excellent. The one disappointment is the discontinued vendor of one item in particular that I wanted to continue using. It's too bad another vendor of the same item could not have been located.”

“I received everything in a very timely manner but the clasp for my locket broke as soon as I tried to put it on. Other than having to replace the clasp, I was very pleased with the products.”

“I was just concerned of the placement of name plate. I just assumed it would be on the back and not on the side I would much rather have it on the back. I really don’t care for it on the side see photo below”

“The metal heart urn was beautiful. It received multiple compliments, including from the funeral home. The only complaint is the cap to close the urn was very loose, making us all nervous, so the funeral home sealed it.”
