Thank you again for the fast shipping and the photo urn came out great. I did go to us the Burgundy Velvet Bag and it ripped right down the seam. The size is just a little too small for the photo urn and its not made for holding box shaped items. Not looking for a replacement, just letting you know my findings with the bag. Thanks

Well, I received my order very fast; however, I was disappointed in the length of the chain provided with the nameplate. The chain that came with my husband's urn nameplate that I ordered back in 2019 was a lot longer and I thought mine would be the same.

Time from ordering to receiving was superb. I like the urn, would've liked the engraving to be a little darker.

Very nice product. Mother in law loved it. Note.... don't put crazy glue on till you've screwed all the way on,then back out a little and apply. Tighten back down quickly to desired position.

Customer service was excellent: very responsive & helpful. I ordered a nameplate easel in mahogany which looked nice online. It's fine...I'm glad I have it for my late sibling's urn which had never been engraved decades ago. However, I think it's just a mahogany stain and not actually mahogany wood. Also, customer service had told me over the phone, when I initially called, that the nameplate was actually plastic with a metal finish, and not actually metal. So, I'm a little disappointed in the quality. Online description is misleading. But, in the end, still glad I ordered this.

Nice product. Didn't realize it was as small as it was for the ashes. Didn't get a confirmation on my order either, had to email them. I would likely purchase again but might call rather than use website.

EDIT: The team at In The Light Urns reached out to me post-review and ensured that I got the product as advertised! We're super happy with it and trust that Dad is too! Their after-sales team is impeccable and made us feel secure in ensuring we were satisfied! Couldn't recommend them more! PRIOR: We pondered long on the type of urn, we'd like for our dad, and when we chanced upon the toast bottles, we thought it would be the perfect keepsake. We're happy with the finish, however, we are a little disappointed as we expected the name to stand out (just like the sample), perhaps in a larger font but it did not. There was no place to change the font size either.

The urn was absolutely beautiful. The only complaint is that it is very large. I called and asked customer service if I should order the medium one. They recommended the large as my friend weighed under 120 lbs when she passed. I went with that recommendation. However, I believe the medium would have been a better size. Hi, I do see that item you purchased does show the engraving more towards the bottom, so as to allow the engraving to be seen with the love charms. The urn itself is beautiful, but it's large enough to hold the cremains of a family of five and their pets. My only complaint is that the lid doesn't fit at all, it is way too small.
