“The personal service my fault and I had from light urns was amazing. The attention to detail in the heart let me speechless. Only reason this isn’t a five star is because the light fixture does start to leave an impression on the black covered urn. All in all I’m very impressed with what we have for our loved one. Thank you light urn.”

“Overall our experience has been wonderful. However, when we ordered the urn vault, the name plate that came with it did not have my daughter’s name capitalized. A proper name should always be capitalized. Phoebe not phoebe”

“I was not allowed to toss the urn from the ship as I intended when I purchased this urn. I was told that it was biodegradable but the documentation only showed the pillow urn as biodegradable. I was able to use the bag that was included in the purchase, but the ship would not accept the urn, so I had to toss the bag instead.”

“The urn was very nice. my brother was a huge diet coke fan, and i just had to get it. My only complaints are, the label was coming off when i arrived, but i fixed it myself so its not a big deal. Then the seal was very hard to get off so we had to bend the rim a bit to get it off to put the ashes in. Other than those two minor things, i love it.”
