“I received my urn necklace in only a couple days. I was stunned at how fast I got it. When I opened the box, it appeared that the wing charm and stone were missing. I called the customer service number and, I wish I could remember his name, the young man on the phone had the most compassionate voice. I told him that the charm and stone were missing. He kindly suggested I look by the clasp. Surprisingly enough, there it was. I thanked him for his help. He said he was sorry for my loss. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the item and the customer service I received!”

“I bought the Viking urn for my brothers ashes. The first one that arrived it looked like maybe it was dropped in shipping because the corner was cracked. I contacted them and they had a new one shipped out to me the same day. The urn is beautiful and very well crafted. It is the perfect resting place for my big brother.”
