“Very amazing experience. The pieces we ordered came at the end of the time frame but still in time for the funeral and the urn was beautiful and detailed. Amazing customer service placed my order on Friday at around 11 pm and accidentally ordered 2 times I sent email imma to cancel one of them. 9 am on a Saturday they sent an email double checking if I wanted 2 of the same order and then 10 mins later an email replying to mine. Promplo voided the second payment. Would definitely order again but hopefully not for a long time”

“Very beautiful piece! I feel that it gives my brother the best in his final resting place. The screws were a bit difficult to replace, so I do have to put something on the bottom to prevent scratching of my surfaces, but the engraving was perfect and it delivered on time! Very pleased with the sturdiness!”
