“The heart urn is nice but I never received the stand. I was told it's on back order. I've called several times to check status and told it will be shipped soon. I don't know what that means but hope before the end of 2022 since I ordered it back in August 2022.”

“The lady was very helpful, however, I ordered a companion set of urns with a heartshaped vase, and it did not fit into the companion vault. we were very disappointed, and thought that someone would have mentioned that it did't fit.”

“The quality and craftsmanship of the urn is beautiful. If not for the horribly placed model number and artist name being etched directly where the light illuminates the deer this would have a 5 star review. The name is not only illuminated on the bottom where you can read it clear as day but the reflection bounces off the back of the smaller buck inside. This completely takes away from the esthetic and from the memorial of the person this was purchased to honor. I'm not quite sure how to even fix the issue. We've tried to dim the light in hopes that it would not reflect the name and model number so brightly to no avail. It just looks tacky. Again, if this wasn't an issue I would gladly recommend and give 5 stars.”

“The box looked very nice. The outer layer did not dissolve in the water. I had to wait for it to come close enough to fetch it back out of the water. The box dissolved fine.”

“Originally great communication customer funeral home and I were on the same page the item kept being pushed back further and further until they stated there was nothing to do. After talking to the bosses bosses boss the item was delivered within 2448 hrs. and it is absolutely beautiful for what it is they work really hard to resolve an issue”

“The writing was so small could barely see it. So not what i expected. Would not get any from yall again. My daughters couldnt read it without a magnifier. So disappointed in them.”

“I ordered several different urns. If there is only so much room to put an engraving big enough to read please limit the engraving. Be more specific about the bold engraving being easier to read. My granddaughter has not learned cursive yet so I went with fancy font but it is really kind of too light to see. You should be more specific. The drum urn pendant, I was really disappointed because it is very hard to see the picture of the drums (the print was way too light)which was the whole purpose of that particular pendant. The black dog, my first time to order such things, you should not offer so much engraving if it is going to be too small to read. I reordered a different dog one and probably should have gone with bold font but wanted it to match the drum pendant as my son and his dog died together in a horriffic car accident.”

“As with everthing related to death services everything is over priced. The pool table urn was a good decision for my father being he enjoyed the game. The quality and workmanship was disappointing for the price of $350. The sticks and a couple of the balls are loose and was made of what seem to be scraps of wood and generic trim pieces. I will reglue the pieces and will use it for the purpose I bought it for. As a craftsman myself my expectations where a little higher than what I received. Thanks for allowing me to leave my opinion.”

“I do love the toolbox urn. I do think that it needs to be able to be opened like a regular toolbox as it does have the latches. And shipping time needs to get just a little bit better since it took 13 14 days to even get my items shipped...”

“I ordered a wooden box urn for my son. The quality was very poor. It was cheap wood, not sanded, and the lettering was done poorly. I cannot put my son's ashes in it. It was quite expensive too, so I am greatly disappointed. I would not order again. Update: The company refunded my money in an efficient manner and they were receptive to my feedback.”

“The photo of the urn showed a beautiful full flower. The actual flower was pale in comparison. I bought some biodegradable petals to attempt to make it look like what I thought I was getting. Disappointing for the cost . Photos need to reflect actual product . A lot of time and effort was spent to end up a disappointed. Memorial next moth hoping to be able to upgrade flower to resemble original photo on website. I would attempt physically see prior to purchase in the event of future necessity. First photo was picture on website Second picture actual urn”
