“We are so blessed to have found In The Light Urns. We lost 2 family members within 5 weeks of each other. They did a phenomenal job on what we chose for urns. The service was very prompt and professional. They were a god send for us. Would highly recommend.”

“I got a defective urn and they replaced it next day shipping, just in time for my son's funeral. One bad experience, I called at 5:15pm (chat was open till 6, thought the same hours applied for the phone line) and was berated by the rep who picked up because my phone shows a solicitor type caller ID. I can understand thinking it is a solicitor, but I was yelled at to change my called ID and yelled at that I called slightly after phone hours. I did not appreciate being yelled at and reprimanded for just trying to make sure my infant son's urn would arrive on time.”

“I brought the urn for my daughter and husband, they loved it. The little shoe was just the size needed for my grandson's ashes. It looked just like the picture. The quality was great the price was right and it was a great way to remember my grandson. The picture that I sent came out perfect. They delivered on time, just an all-around get experience.”

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I really like the urn except one thing it's not big enough. It should have been big enough to hold 185 lb mans ashes but it didn't. Update: when I wrote this review I wasn't looking for a resolution to the issue as I knew his body was bloated and possibly the reason all the ashes didn't fit, however, in the light urns has such amazing customer service that they reached out to me and offered a wonderful resolution to the situation. I have never had such amazing customer service with any company I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend In The Light Urns as they go above and beyond which is great when you are already dealing with a devastating situation.”

“Beautiful tiny glass urn. We actually use it not as a memory urn . But as a memory vessel for storing sand and dirt from our many beautiful travels. Then hang around our house and Christmas tree.”
