“I purchased the super hero pendant urn. I later found out that the item was pulled due to copyright infringement, but I did order and receive mine. And it will forever be the vessel that holds my sons ashes forever. He was a hero to me and I am so glad and blessed that I was able to receive it before it was pulled from your stock. Thank you for making my purchase something I will treasure fo the rest of my life.”

“My father recently passed away February 22, 2022. This has been the most painful experience I’ve ever gone through in life. My father was my best friend the greatest man I’ve ever known. I purchased the butterfly urn necklace and it’s the most beautiful thing that I’ve ever seen. The instructions were very easy on how to put ashes in the necklace and the jewelry is beautiful and makes me feel like my dad is close to me again. Thank you so much for this beautiful company and helping during the grief journey. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for jewelry or urns.”

“The perfect urn was on back order..I waited 3 weeks and then got an email that it was back. I then got a call saying the color had changed. I was bummed but turned out the color was still perfect and my daughters urn is beautiful 💛💜”

“The urn received was very nice... but the date printed on the urn was wrong. It should have been 2022, but was printed as 2002. I have no idea whether I submitted it incorrectly or it was misprinted at the factory, but even if I submitted it incorrectly, it seems someone should have checked with me to be sure that was what I wanted. It would be odd for someone to order a keepsake urn 20 years later and pay to have it rush shipped for a funeral. Update: Apparently I did submit the date incorrectly. Once the company found out it was in error, they promptly sent a replacement at no cost, and apologized for not noticing the error on my behalf. Their customer service response has been excellent, and I would highly recommend their product!”

“We purchased the companion urn so that the ashes of my parents would be co-mingled when they were placed on the water. The urn was released 3 miles out in the Gulf of Mexico near Cedar Key, FL. Our experience as customers was outstanding. We had a rather lengthy amount of text to print on the urn and the company was happy to make it fit (see photograph). The customer service representative was very helpful and responded quickly to all of our questions. We found that the urn floated for about 30 seconds with the complete ashes from both of my parents. My wife, sisters, and I were there to see our parents go off on their last journey together. The entire experience was excellent for the family as it created a lasting memory. The companion urn was an outstanding choice for us, as my parents were inseparable up to their passing. Many thanks to In the Light Urns! Your company's product made our dream possible.”
