“I called the customer service line initially and the representative was so helpful, reassuring me that the large amount of cremains of our loved one, would fit in the urn that we wanted. After ordering the Urn, I received a timely correspondence via e-mail regarding proof of address that I needed to send in so that you could ship the Urn to a different state than my billing address. It was shipped on time, and the quality of the urn and the picture that we chose for the crystal was amazing. It looked beautiful on the table at the spiritual service and the celebration of life. It was a beautiful way to honor my husband. Thank you so much for everything, I would absolutely recommend In The Light Urns.”

“**Updated Review** After the first delivery, I left a rating with an honest comment of poor quality product, never expecting any kind of resolution. Immediately, a company rep reached out to me to bring a satisfactory result. A high quality urn of my choosing was delivered as a replacement. The rep was very courteous and delivered on the promise of my becoming a satisfied customer. Thank you so much for following through with great customer service, high quality product, and timely delivery. Our family will now have a very respectful burial-at-sea ceremony performed by the US Navy for our father. Thank you, In The Light Urns, for reaching out to us in time to honor this Marine Corp veteran. *Original Rating below* I expected the 'pillow' would be made of biodegradable egg carton-like material, not just a very thin card-stock weight. To add $69 to a base price of $29, shameful! I could have used a cardboard box and been happier. Very disappointed.”

“I cannot begin to tell you how pleased my entire family is with the urn we received.It is absolutely beautiful and just perfect. I am sure that our Mom is very pleased. It brought us much peace seeing that her resting place was so beautiful.The Thomas Kinkead Heaven’s garden scene is so breathtaking.The gates leading into God’s Garden were open, and a little cardinal( our Mom’s very favorite little bird) was perched on the gate, ready to enter.Thank you for this gift of peace.”

“The Giraffe urn was beautiful, above expectations. It was never a discussion I had with my daughter, but her sudden passing forced used to make a quick decision for something that would have suites her live of African animals. And the delivery time to Canada was less than a week, such a quick turn around time and high quality urn. Thank you for helping make this process easier.”
