I would like to get a 3D printing business off the ground, but I have to continue working at my present profession which dosen't afford me the time to respond to the time settings of your company. I can't always get to my emails every day.
I needed access to a larger portion, complete would be better, of the information at one time. A few modules each week doesn't work for me.
I wanted the lifetime membership, that was supposed to give full access to everything at once, but every time I tried to enroll and pay for it I got an "oops, yout to late" page. And, trying to contact you about it didn't work either.
So, without full access to all materials for as long as I need them, this just dosen't work for my situation. I wish it did, the information seemed complete and of good quality. Now I have to search for something that will work for me. Hopefully it will come close to what you have.
My form of payment was stolen, so it had to be canceled, the day before the next payment for your service was to be made. As I planned to cancel anyway it seemed to work out.”
We're sorry to hear of your previous experience Shawn. Based partly on the feedback you provided, we moved to offer individual courses where full access in given for a one-off payment (these are now available). We do still offer our Training Suite subscription, but completely understand this is not suitable for everyone.
