“All the planning, spending and hard work of any garden deserves good compost - not the type which needs sieved and the hard lumps put on the compost heap. There's a big difference to be seen in my new sown-from-seed plants between those growing in the cheap compost and the Jamieson high quality compost. I'm using their Multi Purpose Compost now to transplant the healthier plants into the new garden.”

“My item was due for delivery the day after ordering, which was quicker than expected. Unfortuntaley, I had a problem with the delivery. I received an email to say the item was delivered with photo evidence but this was not my house and I didn't have my item. I immediately rang Jamiesons but was unable to make contact, the phone rang out for around 3 minutes before an answerphone kicked in and I left a message. I then rang the deliver company and within half an hour the driver had retrieved my item from the incorrect address and delivered to me. They sorted this error quicker, professionally and politely. I tried to ring Jamiesons again to update them but once again they didn't answer the phone. Jamiesons are clearly not responsible for the incorrect delivery but they are responsible for not answering their telephone. Email contact was available but was not suitable when I was reaching out to them to sort a delivery issue quickly. I have no idea how long it would have taken them to respond to email contact. Luckily I was able to solve this customer service issue myself. Please answer your phone!”

“I ordered a Litre of RTU Tough Weedkiller via my Amazon account. Delivery was was exceptionally fast and the weedkiller was well packaged and as described. I have had to await the end of the UK rainy season to treat my weeds so I cannot confirm the effectiveness of the product but the weeds I have treated a couple of days ago are looking pretty sick now.”

“Had a slight hiccup part of package was damaged, but after a couple of emails everything sorted satisfactorily, two days later I received new part. On reflection this was not their fault but the Post Office.”

“Bought vegetable and potato compost. Best ever compost I've used, and have bought year after year with excellent results. Also quick delivery to north highlands. Only issue is that it's packed in cardboard which leaves me with a lot of waste, although it can be recycled. Probably carrier insists packaging.”
