“Product arrived well in boxes but arrived a day early and made it a bit awkward to store as we live in a flat but we managed , we had asked for specific day Monday the 18th November, But all went well not used yet. 👍”

“I actually received 40kg of the yellow trumpet daffodils and did not receive the 20kg of Mixed daffodils. I did not choose to complain or return the additional 20kg. The bulbs look good.”

“Although they are based in Scotland, I have ordered twice from J Brothers, first via Amazon, 2nd directly and both orders arrived by DPD next day. They sell aquatic soil is good sized 35L bags boxed up in an outer for extra protection. Too early to comment on the quality of soil till next year.”

“The snowdrop bulbs were mouldy and poor quality with many being either empty or very soft and squashy so not viable. There was no problem returning them for a refund, a link to Royal Mail online service for them to be picked up was sent to me straight away. I have not had a refund yet but hopefully that will be sorted soon. Maybe this was just a one off poor quality batch that slipped through.”

“I was very pleased with the product and the short delivery time, but both bags of John Innes No 3 fell out of their flimsy cardboard boxes onto our doorstep, making them difficult for my wife to move. Fortunately, there were no spillages.”

“Great service. Good product at decent price and arrived very quick. Just one minor point, the bags have eight 10p size holes for drainage which might be practical and necessary but I was going to use some to store soil. The holes aren't obvious in pics.”
