“I ordered Pentland Javelin for earlies, which I’ve grown before and know they do well for me, and Carolus for maincrop, which is a new one for me. Lovely seed, now chitting merrily for the next 6-8 weeks until the ground’s warmed up a bit. Great service, recommended.”

“I have been ordering seed potatoes from JBA for the last few years - in general I'm very satisfied with the product. The main snag is that potato deliveries to householders (such as myself), occurs significantly later for the commercial outlets, e.g. garden centres etc. This is the only main reason I'm giving a rating of 4-stars instead of 5-stars. In general, about 1 in 20 tubers (5%) are damaged - the damage looks like cuts incurred when harvesting in the field.”
