“The box contained the seed potatoes I ordered and a 'marketing' card which said that the planting instructions were on the product. They were not. I sent an email to ask where the instructions were. No reply. I then received a marketing email telling me 'not to be a stranger' which was rather ironic as I had already been in touch and had no reply.. I rang to ask and was rather rudely told that the planting instructions were on the website. Well thanks for that. Will not buy from you guys anymore.”

“I am absolutely delighted with my order. I received my Wood Bark order so quickly and it looks amazing in the garden. So much so I am going to order another two bags next week.
